Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions – A&M Outdoor Concepts LLC
Effective Date: May 2026

By hiring or working with A&M Outdoor Concepts LLC, the customer agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.

Services

A&M Outdoor Concepts LLC provides outdoor construction and landscaping-related services including but not limited to:

  • Swimming pool installation

  • Pool liner replacement

  • Excavation

  • Patios

  • Retaining walls

  • Deck construction

  • General outdoor construction services

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are subject to change based on:

  • Site conditions

  • Material pricing changes

  • Hidden or unforeseen conditions

  • Customer-requested changes

  • Permit or inspection requirements

Quotes are valid for a limited time and may be revised if work has not begun.

Deposits

Deposits are required in most cases prior to scheduling work or ordering materials.

Deposit amounts vary by project type. Refundability of deposits is determined on a case-by-case basis depending on:

  • Materials ordered

  • Labor scheduled

  • Project preparation completed

  • Administrative costs incurred

Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for:

  • Property surveys and boundary verification

  • Utility disclosure

  • Access to the work area

  • Electrical work unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • Permit costs unless incorporated into the contract price

Water filling services may be provided by A&M Outdoor Concepts LLC for an additional cost if requested by the customer.

Fencing installation and compliance are not the responsibility of the customer unless specifically stated otherwise in writing.

Scheduling and Delays

Project timelines are estimates only and are subject to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Material availability

  • Permit delays

  • Inspection scheduling

  • Site conditions

  • Other unforeseen circumstances

A&M Outdoor Concepts LLC is not responsible for delays outside of its reasonable control.

Payments

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Cash

  • Check

  • Credit card

  • Debit card

A 3% processing fee applies to card payments.

​

Late Payments

Balances unpaid after seven (7) days from invoice date will incur:

  • A late fee equal to 5% of the outstanding balance

  • An additional $25 per day until paid in full

Customer agrees to pay all reasonable collection costs, attorney fees, and court costs associated with unpaid balances.

Warranty

A&M Outdoor Concepts LLC provides manufacturer warranties only unless otherwise stated in writing.

The Company is not responsible for:

  • Manufacturer defects

  • Ground movement

  • Improper customer maintenance

  • Damage caused by third parties

  • Acts of nature or weather-related damage

​

Property Damage

While care will be taken during construction, the customer acknowledges that heavy equipment and excavation may impact lawns, landscaping, irrigation, driveways, or surrounding areas.

Right to Refuse or Stop Work

A&M Outdoor Concepts LLC reserves the right to refuse or stop work due to:

  • Unsafe conditions

  • Nonpayment

  • Customer interference

  • Permit issues

  • Site access problems

  • Threatening or abusive behavior

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
