Refund Policy
Refund Policy – A&M Outdoor Concepts LLC

Due to the custom nature of construction, excavation, and outdoor improvement services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Deposits
Deposits may be partially refundable, fully refundable, or non-refundable depending on:

Administrative and planning costs

Permit preparation

Project timing
Custom-ordered or non-returnable materials are generally non-refundable.
Completed Work
No refunds will be issued for completed work that has been performed according to the agreed scope of work or contract.
Cancellations
Project cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of the project.
Manufacturer Issues
Warranty claims involving materials or products are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty process. A&M Outdoor Concepts LLC does not guarantee manufacturer warranty approval.
Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact A&M Outdoor Concepts LLC directly to attempt to resolve any billing or service dispute before initiating chargebacks or legal action.
